Anti Snoring Mouthpiece

Note: The mouthpiece is made out of hard plastic and it will take a week to get used to and you will feel uncomfortable until you get used to it. It may or may not stop snoring for some people because it depends on how they snore. It may also make your mouth dry.
The Anti Snore Mouthpiece is an oral appliance worn at night for snore prevention and sleep apnea. The mouthpiece positions the lower jaw slightly forward during sleep. This widens the respiratory tract, enabling air to flow unobstructed through the breathing passage, which allows you to breathe more freely and stop snoring.

1.The mouthpiece also helps with Bruxism, a condition that causes you grind your teeth at night. Custom-Fit Instructions: Clean the mouth guard thoroughly with cold water.
2. Boil water and remove from heat. Fill the pot with enough water so the mouth guard can be completely immersed.
3. Insert the mouth guard in to the hot water for 5-10 sec. The mouth guard will start to soften (Don't over heat).
4. Remove for water and allow the mouth guard to cool for a few seconds to prevent burning your mouth. When the mouth guard is cool enough place on to teeth and bite firmly on to the mouth guard and suck all the air from the mouth guard to get the tight fit. While sucking out the air use your fingers to apply pressure to the gums.
5. After the mouth guard has full cooled your mouth guard is ready. Care Instructions: Thoroughly clean the mouthpiece with warm water after use and dry it before storing it in the protective case to keep it safe, in its shape and sanitary until it’s next use.
